POLICY

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation for any Nanaimo Women's Business Network event, please note the following cancellation policy:

​Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund

 

To cancel your reservation, please email info@nanaimowbn.com.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled event and do not inform us of your cancellation in advance, it will be considered a no-show. Our no-show policy is as follows: Customers who fail to attend the scheduled event without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund
